Grades and Grade Reports BCPSS Grading Guidelines (IKA-RA attachment one)

One of the most important data components that a teacher keeps is student attendance and grades. All teachers are required to use Infinite Campus. This is a district requirement. A hard copy of the grade book will be needed by the teacher, the office, and central office at the end of marking periods. It is a legal document. Please download and save a hard copy of your grades book from

Infinite Campus (at least bi-weekly). It is recommended that all grades be updated and posted for students by 9:00pm on Thursday of each week. Students should be engaged in weekly discussions about their grades using grade reports from Infinite Campus.
